## 기능 안내

숙련도를 설정하고 관리하는 기능으로, 회사의 규정에 따라 직원들의 숙련도를 설정합니다. 사용자는 숙련도 관련 정보를 직접 입력하거나 엑셀파일로된 데이터를 불러올 수 있습니다.

* 시작일, 종료일: 숙련도 유효일을 의미합니다.
* 숙련도 그룹은 복합된 기술력을 포함할 수 있습니다.

참고: “최신”열은 비워둘 수 있습니다 (무기한).
