# Giao diện chung

Màn hình làm việc của người sử dụng thường gồm 6 phần và có thiết kế giống nhau như hình II.1.1. Cách sử dụng của các giao diện này cũng giống nhau và được hướng dẫn chung ở mục II.2. Với một số giao diện đặc biệt sẽ có hướng dẫn chi tiết của từng giao diện đó.

* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (1) – Thanh công cụ: Sử dụng để điền dữ liệu.
* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (2) – Llưới dữ liệu: Sử dụng để hiển thị dữ liệu, hiển thị báo cáo.
* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (3): Sử dụng để lấy dữ liệu từ file Excel và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel.
* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (4) – Hộp chức năng: Sử dụng để lựa chọn báo cáo hoặc lệnh.
* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (5): Thực thiện những báo cáo/lệnh trong ô số (4).
* Vùng kẻ ô màu đỏ (6): Gồm các phím chức năng Làm mới, Lưu, Xóa dữ liệu trên lưới.
