# Danh mục Tạo/ Điều Chỉnh Quá Trình HĐ (Hợp Đồng)

## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Danh mục này quản lý Quy trình hợp đồng và hỗ trợ người dùng tự tạo quy trình mới. Tuy PM đã tích hợp sẵn một số Quá trình HĐ nhưng tùy thuộc vào yêu cầu doanh nghiệp mà người dùng có thể tạo thêm Quá trình HĐ để khi tuyển dụng công nhân viên vào thì sẽ gán quy trình này cho công nhân viên.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn tạo quá trình HĐ**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào mục ![](/files/B51gtffFLDi19Olb2mYt).

Để tạo quá trình hợp đồng thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau khi nhập xong thì dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình IV.7.1.

**Giải thích các trường dữ liệu**

* Quá trình HĐ: Chọn Mã quá trình hợp đồng. Trong TH tạo mới thì có thể gõ trực tiếp.
* Mã hợp đồng: Chọn Mã hợp đồng (đã được tạo từ phần IV.6).
* STT: Lựa chọn ưu tiên cho HĐ nào sẽ ký trước và HĐ nào sẽ ký sau.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**
