# Danh mục Chuyển Vị Trí

## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Danh mục này sử dụng để quản lý vị trí làm việc và lịch sử chuyển vị trí làm việc từ khi vào công ty cho đến hiện tại của công nhân viên.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn thực hiện chuyển vị trí**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào ![](/files/zaPdrp45Of1LTXh43p7p) -> Điền các dữ liệu trên thanh công cụ -> Nhấn nút **Nhập** -> Nhấn nút **Lưu** để lưu thông tin chuyển vị trí.

**Giải thích ý nghĩa:**

* Vị trí: lựa chọn vị trí mới theo xưởng, khu vực, bộ phận.
* Job code: là Mã công việc được tạo ở phần IV.1.2.
* Chức danh: là chức phận, nhiệm vụ, quyền hành của nhân viên.
* Loại chức vụ: tên chức vụ công việc đảm nhận.
* Mã chức vụ: mã chức vụ công việc đảm nhận.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**

### **Hướng dẫn cách hiển thị quá trình chuyển vị trí của nhân viên**

Trước tiên điền Mã nhân viên -> nhấn nút ![](/files/ZN4OxK2ZTualSGUoCmPR) -> Quá trình chuyển vị trí từ trước đến nay của nhân viên sẽ được hiển thị trên lưới dữ liệu (Hình V.3.2).
