# Danh mục Quyết Định Thôi Việc

## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Danh mục này sử dụng để tạo và quản lý quyết định thôi việc, sa thải công nhân viên.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn tạo Quyết định**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào ![](/files/SlwWK0tKOWRFwJ1JXQDd) .

Để tạo Quyết định thôi việc thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau khi tạo xong thì dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình V.5.1.

1. **Giải thích ý nghĩa**

* Trạng thái: là trạng thái của Quyết định thôi việc. Có ba trạng thái: Duyệt, Hủy, Kế hoạch. \*
  * Duyệt: Đã duyệt thôi việc.
  * Hủy: Hủy quyết định thôi việc, sa thải.
  * Kế hoạch: Áp dụng đối với trường hợp chưa có quyết định chính thức, chỉ là kế hoạch.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**

### **Hướng dẫn sử dụng một số chức năng đặc biệt**

* In quyết định thôi việc:

Bước 1: Chọn xem **Danh sách quyết định** trong Hộp chức năng để hiển thị dan sách nhân viên trên lưới dữ liệu.

Bước 2: Chọn nhân viên để in quyết định

Bước 3: Trong hộp chức năng chọn **In quyết định** như hình V.5.2

Bước 4: Nhấn nút Thực hiện

Bước 5: Thực hiện thao tác theo hướng dẫn của PM.
