# Danh mục Thông Tin Gia Đình và nhân viên thuộc Chế Độ Con Nhỏ

## **Mô tả danh mục**

Danh mục này quản lý thông tin người thân của người lao động như con cái, bố, mẹ…

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn tạo thông tin gia đình và chế độ con nhỏ:**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào ![](/files/SiWhRZxDZKBOgwF1fkKH).

Để tạo thông tin thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau khi tạo xong thì dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình V.2.1.

**Giải thích ý nghĩa.**

* Đã nộp giấy: Cột này xác nhận thông tin.
* Ngày baby care: Là ngày bắt đầu được tính hưởng chế độ con nhỏ dưới 6 tuổi.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**

### **Hướng dẫn sử dụng một số chức năng đặc biệt**

* In thẻ về sớm: Chức năng này dùng để in thẻ nhân viên được hưởng chế độ nuôi con nhỏ dưới 1 tuổi. Để in thẻ: Chọn báo cáo **Danh sách con nhỏ dưới 1 tuổi (Lao động nữ)** trong hộp chức năng -> Sau đó làm tương tự hướng dẫn ở phần V.1.2.2.d. Thẻ về sớm sẽ tương tự như hình V.2.3.

**Danh sách báo cáo khác**

* Xem tất cả nhân viên.
* Danh sách con nhỏ dưới 1 tuổi (Lao động nữ).
* Danh sách con nhỏ dưới 6 tuổi (Lao động nữ).

Danh sách người phụ thuộc.
