# Danh mục Tạo/ Điều Chỉnh HĐLĐ (Hợp Đồng Lao Động)

## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Danh mục này quản lý danh sách các loại hợp đồng như Hợp đồng thử việc, hợp đồng một năm, hợp đồng vô thời hạn, phụ lục hợp đồng…

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn tạo mới dữ liệu**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào mục ![](/files/fCZIlr7PPAlUkl167q2X).

Để tạo mới dữ liệu thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau khi tạo xong HĐLĐ thì dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình IV.6.1.

**Giải thích ý nghĩa:**

* Từ ngày: Ngày bắt đầu có hiệu lực của loại HĐLĐ.
* Số ngày; Số tháng; Số năm: Thời gian hiệu lực của hợp đồng.
* Phụ lục: Tích chọn nếu là phụ lục HĐLĐ.
* Dựa trên ngày công: Tích chọn nếu là loại HĐLĐ ngắn ngày. Ví dụ: loại HĐLĐ 6 ngày chỉ tính thời gian ngày làm việc thực tế mà không tính chủ nhật hoặc nghỉ lễ.
* Phần trăm lương: có thể để trống nếu HĐLĐ là loại HĐ 1 năm, 2 năm hoặc vô thời hạn

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**
