## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Danh mục này dùng để quản lý thông tin thẻ bảo hiểm y tế của người lao động.

## **Các bước thực hiện**

### **Hướng dẫn thêm số sổ BHXH**

Trên Thanh tác nghiệp, chọn vào ![](/files/-MVQYy58cd1CyX8qcR7d).

Để tạo thông tin thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau đó dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình VIII.2.1.

### **Giải thích ý nghĩa**

\- Số thẻ: Mã số thẻ BHYT của nhân viên.\
\- Từ ngày, đến ngày: Ngày hiệu lực của thẻ BHYT.\
\- Ngày trả thẻ: Ngày trả thẻ BHYT.\
\- Mã bệnh viện: Mã bệnh viện nơi thẻ BHYT đăng ký.\
**Lưu ý:** Ngày trả thẻ có thể để trống.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**

### **Giải thích báo cáo**

Danh sách thẻ BHYT: Là danh sách sổ BHYT của nhân viên theo từng bộ phận.
