# Hướng Dẫn Đăng Ký Thai Sản

## **Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Chức năng này quản lý danh sách nữ mang thai từ ngày đầu của thai kỳ đến khi sinh con.

Để đăng ký thông tin thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.2**. Sau đó dữ liệu sẽ được hiển thị như Hình VI.5.1.

**Giải thích ý nghĩa**

* Ngày dự sinh: Từ thông tin này PM sẽ tính ra ngày đầu mang thai để làm căn cứ tính chế độ thai sản.

### **Hướng dẫn sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu**

Để sửa, xóa và xuất dữ liệu ra file Excel thì làm theo hướng dẫn ở phần **II.3, II.4, II.5, II.6.**

1. **Các loại báo cáo và chức năng**

* Danh sách mang thai.
* Danh sách hưởng chế độ: Là danh sách mang thai đủ tiêu chuẩn được hưởng chế độ thai sản được đi làm muộn hoặc về sớm 1 giờ so với quy định của công ty.
* Theo dõi thai sản - nuôi con nhỏ: Báo cáo này tổng hợp theo dõi từ ngày đầu mang thai cho đến khi nghỉ sinh và đi làm lại.
* In thẻ thai sản về sớm: Dùng để in thẻ cho những người đang được hưởng chế độ thai sản.

Các bước thực hiện:

* Bước 1: Trong Hộp chức năng, chọn Danh sách hưởng chế độ.
* Bước 2: Tích chọn công nhân viên cần in.
